How this snapshot is calculated

The dataset includes listings returned by the same public-visibility rules used by the marketplace. Removed, inactive, and seller-banned inventory is excluded. Counts and medians are calculated when this page loads, so the snapshot changes as public inventory changes.

Asking price, subscribers, niche, and monthly revenue are listing fields. Monthly revenue is seller-reported unless an individual listing states a separate review status. The figures on this page do not represent completed transactions and should not be used as proof that a specific channel will sell for the displayed median.

How to use the data

Start with the listing count to understand sample size. A niche with one or two active listings cannot establish a reliable market range. Open individual listings to compare age, traffic, audience, monetization, workload, content rights, policy history, and included assets before interpreting a price difference.

Use the median as a discovery benchmark, then build a channel-specific valuation from normalized economics and evidence. Subscriber totals and seller-reported revenue can provide context, but neither establishes transferability, content ownership, audience durability, or future performance.

Important limitations

  • The snapshot covers current public Social Bidz inventory, not the entire YouTube channel market.
  • Asking prices are not completed-sale prices.
  • Category labels can simplify channels whose archives cover more than one topic.
  • Inventory composition can change, so comparisons should retain the date reviewed.
  • No figure on this page guarantees income, monetization, policy standing, or a future sale.
