Keep communication on Social Bidz

Keep payment, transfer instructions, evidence, and deal communication inside Social Bidz. Off-platform activity may not be available as evidence and can limit the escrow team's ability to assist with a dispute.

Disputes and prohibited activity

Report a problem before completion so the escrow team can review the available evidence. Fraud, fake or manipulated metrics, unlawful assets, attempts to bypass escrow, and misleading information are prohibited.

After the transaction is completed

Social Bidz's escrow responsibility ends when the transaction is completed and funds are released. Social Bidz cannot guarantee the digital asset after completion, including recovery through third-party support, platform enforcement, policy changes, or losses connected to fake or artificially boosted engagement. Verified sellers, ratings, and reviews reduce risk but are not a guarantee.
